Patients are offered the opportunity to arrange for a brief initial virtual consultation via Skype (with or without camera, however the camera is suggested) upon completion of the Contact Form below at no charge. If after the initial meeting, both the patient and Dr. Fodor agree that a longer consultation is necessary, the fee will be 50% off the regular in-office consultation rate ($100 virtual consultation fee). 

Dr. Fodor will listen to your goals and concerns, answer your questions and recommend procedures that pertain to your individual case.  No two patients are alike, therefore everyone gets their own individualized surgical plan.
